Devon leads TH Logistics as President and Team Henry Enterprises as CEO & President. He is an Inside Business magazine “Top 40 Under 40” honoree, as well as a two time recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year award from The Metropolitan Business League (2011) and The Virginia Minority Development Council (2012). In 2013, he received the American Express Government Contractor of the Year award, and most recently the Small Business Person of the Year award from the Richmond District of the U.S. Small Business Administration. He is a graduate of the Transportation Construction Management Institute at Virginia Tech, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Norfolk State University, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland. Devon is very involved in his community, serves on several local and regional boards, and actively supports and promotes STEM education initiatives.
